Pandacake and skittles cupcakes

Panda cake

so, this week a dear friend of ours had birthday. She is named Panda for a reason, and therefore it was Panda cake :b We used a recipe we have had from a friend because she said it was so awesome, but I believe it got too much time in the oven ^^; It tastes like Brownies I think. Hard Brownies. It is not that big though. It is a chocolate cake with nuts, but with no nuts (seriously, the recipe was named that). On the top it is a white chocolate ganaché, which we think taste like ****, but it is white like a panda, so what can you do. The black things are dark delicious chocolate (85%). For the ears we made an extra muffin and cut it in half n_n
Panda cake, for your delight. We won't post the recipe though, didn't went that well.

Skittles cupcakes
TASTE THE RAINBOW

Then a friend of mine (Gwan speaking) came over, and since I just had skittles brought to me, we decided to make skittles cupcakes =3 It is very delicious if you love skittles. But if you don't; don't eat it =_=' We have a queer taste in food, our dream date contains bacon cookies, chocolate-covered bacon and was it rose-marmelade? anygay! eh - way. We made skittles cupcakes. No, it is not a real recipe, we made it ourselves x'D
recipe:
  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 1½ dl A38 (natual yoghurt)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
  • skittles of your liking
First you mix sugar, flour, baking soda and vanilla sugar. Then soften your butter and crumble it in in pieces. Add eggs one after one, and afterwards the yoghurt (A38). Not that hard, eh? At last you put in as many skittles as you like and put them in your muffin forms 8) They need 20 min in a foreheated oven at 200 celcius degrees.

And there you have it. Let them cool down and enjoy

macaroons and scones

so, last week it was supposed to be "macaroons". Small tasteful cakes you eat in one mouthful, filled with wild berries-cream. Well, Thi-chan got sick and had to lay down in the bed and sleep (again), so I had to do most of it once again x'D oh well. The macaroons pretty much went to the dumpster because the filling didn't become as spongy as it should and it just fled right of the cakes. But with some husblasch, I was able to save it the next day, after we had made scones to make up for, what we had thought was, a failure. But then there was double-up for everyone :b So that was good enough.

lovely english scones with chocolate chips. Perfect
~ purple macaroons with forestfruit-filling ~
and combined, nice and tasty for your afternoon-tea
Sorry we're late out, and we are sorry, but there will be no recipe on it ._. we can pass you the links from where we found it though:
